Very nice place for a rest. Several benches and tables, as well as the spacious shelter invite you to linger.
The Hohes Venn family forest was opened with a celebration on May 9th, 2009. Around 300 children and adults came on "Europe Day" to celebrate, to experience and explore the family forest.
My respect goes here in particular to the members of the Eifelverein OG Konzen, the Konzen family center and the Elsenborn forestry office, who strive to preserve and care for this beautiful facility.
