Mountain peaks above Dossenheim. On the summit there is an old stone tower - a telecommunications tower - and a restaurant with a beer garden. In summer you feel like you are in Alpe d'Huez because of the many cyclists climbing the mountain! The Dossenheim mountain run takes place every autumn - from the town exit sign up to the summit.

In summer it is a lovely destination and starting point for many sports with mountain bike trails, hiking trails, gravel roads and running trails.

Personally, I always associate the place with the first refreshment station at the 50km Heidelberg Trailrun, which takes place in September and which I can only recommend.
