The Finnish architect Matti Suuronen developed this fantastic prefabricated house in the 1960s. Since it consists only of plastic, it weighs only a few tons and could thus be transported by truck or even by helicopter to its place of use.
The Futuro House on the banks of the Spree bears the serial number 13 and originally stood in the Spreepark. It is now privately owned.
