However, its history goes back to the late 19th century.
Before the actual complex, the remains of which are still visible today, various trades were located here in the early days.
After the Second World War, the company was renamed VEB Kondensatorenwerk (VEB Capacitor Factory), more precisely from 1952 onwards. Among other things, it produced paper capacitors for radio and television sets.
