The southernmost city limits of the 14th century & the picturesque city tower: the Konstanz Schnetztor is the only remaining fortification in medieval Constance, along with the Rheintor and Powder Tower. It was built in the 14th century including a kennel. Its historical façade fascinates with the preserved half-timbering and the wall foundations preserved in the pavement are also clearly visible on the "Löwenplatz" south of the tower.
