Electricity is still generated today in the beautiful historic Dettinger Wasserschlössle. Access is not permitted; all you can hear is the running noise of the generator.

The "Wasserschlössle" was used to power the former Eisenlohr spinning mill in Dettingen. The hydropower plant contains elements of historicism and early rationalism and is an important testimony to the history of technology and industry.
