Just a week after the singer, his father Vernon, his grandmother Minnie Mae and his two friends and bodyguards Red West and Lamar Fike also arrived in Bad Nauheim. Elvis rented the second floor of the Hotel Villa Grunewald on Terrassenstrasse.
