The Weber Hut was built in 1904 on the Wolfsgraben, a section wall to protect a hilltop settlement with a Franconian administrative base around 700 AD. The hut was named after the forest assessor Dr. Jacob Weber from Bingen was appointed. Among other things, he was responsible for the construction management of the 10.2 km long tour as the outer boundary of the forest park.
Wooden steps with a cross-shaped railing lead to an octagonal round temple (approx. 4 meters in diameter, height a good 4 meters), which is lined on the inside with a round bench. Originally the view from there was to the southern Wetterau, towards Friedberg and Frankfurt.
