The mill De Nijverheid (previously also temporarily called De Raaf) is a windmill on the Molensingel in the Dutch town of Ravenstein (municipality of Oss). It is a round stone scaffolding mill that is arranged as a flour mill. The mill was restored in the 1960s after a period of decay, after which it was milled until the end of the 1980s. This came to an end with the death of the then owner. De Nijverheid is now in the hands of the De Ravensteinse Molen Foundation. The last restoration was in the 90s of the 20th century.

'De Nijverheid' is a high round stone flour mill that was built in 1857 to replace a post mill whose history dates back to the Middle Ages. The mill is located on the former bastion 'Utrecht'. Near the mill no masonry has been preserved from the city wall and the bastion, but the earthen filling of the bastion now forms the mountain on which the mill stands.
