Quick to reach by bike and there is even a parking lot near the trees.
The lap is short and you can decide spontaneously how often you want to run it or use it as part of another route.
Noise: I mostly jog with headphones and music, but on the eastern part of the route, on certain days / times, constant noise from the freeway is added. But the birds do not seem to mind, because there are many sounds of nature there like water, birds and larger "waterfowl" that you will inevitably encounter. There are many fish eggs and ducks there.
You move completely in nature area and get nothing except the (sometimes well audible) noise of the remote highway bridge.
In headphones, of course, you get only the forest and the lake with :)

On the whole a nice round if you live nearby.
