The Cliffs of Moher are a true classic among the natural wonders of Ireland. A must-see for every tourist. Despite the rush, it is worth visiting (preferably before 12 or after 4 p.m.) the steep, dark cliffs on the Atlantic coast of Ireland. At their highest point, they plunge 214 meters straight down into the water. In addition to seagulls, puffins also find their nesting sites here.

Caution! Please stay away from the cliff, especially on very windy days. Parts of the cliffs keep breaking off unpredictably or people are hit by gusts and fall - this risk is not worth a selfie.

Since the new construction of the visitor center, there is a 6 euro "entry fee" for the center (in addition to the parking fee), which you unfortunately have to pay if you just want to look at the cliffs. If you want to save the tourist rush and the costs, you should hike a little further north or south on Hag's Head, there it costs nothing and the cliffs also look impressive.
