    One of the most memorable sections of trail anywhere in the Peak, Jaggers Clough is a stony banked chute down which you can ride full throttle, splash through the stream at the bottom, then carry your speed into the equally rocky ascent. As you reach the top of the climb, the staggering views of the Hope Valley unfurl before you.

    ...or it's a tough climb (VERY tough if heading towards Derwent reservoir) after losing your momentum opening the gate at the river. Still a beautiful spot that basically acts as a link between Edale valley and the Derwent valley rides.
