Hiking
The Nazis considered classic modernism, including the Schminke house, to be degenerate ... because it had no classic gable roof, but a flat roof. It survived time.
The Schminke family left Löbau in the early 1950s.
In GDR times, the property was then used as the house of the pioneers. Maybe that's why it survived this time more or less intact.
