The viaduct over the Ermesbach is one of the most impressive bridge structures on the Vennbahn route. To the west, the scenery is dominated by the pond and the roofs of Reichenstein. On the other side is the Reichenstein monastery mill, first mentioned in 1533, which has also been used by the Kalterherberg population since 1562. The oldest parts of the current building date from 1692.
