Norden is a city in Ostfriesland in the northwest of Lower Saxony. It is located near the North Sea coast and is the northwesternmost city on the German mainland. The inhabitants of North are called Norder, in Low German Nörder (Source: Wikipedia). Especially in the northwestern outskirts (Ostlinteln, disgust, Tidofeld, Bagebur) through which our route led, very beautiful cycling and hiking trails.
