The small mountain village Vent (1890 m) is located at the end of the Ventertal. This begins at Zwiselstein, where the original Ötztal in Gurgeler and Venter valley divides. From Vent you can mountaineering on Wildspitze, Similaun or other mountains, such as. Make Wild Männle. In addition, beautiful circular walks that go from hut to hut and still have Vent as a starting point to offer. The longest of them is about 23 km and can be done in one day. Also interesting is the route over the Ramoljoch and the Ramolhaus back to the Gurgeler valley to Obergurl.
