A beautiful circular route around the Schönerlinder Teiche nature reserve. Here you can watch Konik horses, water buffalo and herons, among others. There are very interesting panels and also benches for resting. The paths are walkable even in wet weather (sometimes a bit muddy), but not suitable for prams.

Hiking

The Schönerlinder ponds are since 1997 a nature reserve and were previously Rieselfelder. The now renatured or drained ponds are an important breeding, resting and food biotope for endangered bird species. Here you can also observe wild horses (Konikpferde) and water buffalo. A trip tip for nature lovers and families.
