From the small bank on the bank you have a picturesque view of the mill pond and the spooky tower Dammsmühle. Especially in winter, the bare trees create a unique atmosphere.

An oasis and a beautiful hike overlooking the historic, enchanted castle. Without a car, the journey from Berlin is not that easy.

It is a beautiful hiking trail around the mill pond. You run right next to the water. The surrounding forest also invites for further hikes. A very idyllic place

The Dammsmühle Castle, which is picturesquely reflected in the lake, is currently scaffolded and is being renovated. But that can drag on for a few more years.

A small arched bridge leads to a small island in the middle of the pond.

The mill pond, in which the Dammsmühle Castle magically reflects, is perfect for a short hike. Unfortunately, you can not walk around this lake because of the wild scrub. For a little exploration he is in any case well suited. The larger Mühlenbecker See is also just 250 meters away.

The mill pond can be circumnavigated very well.

Beautiful lake, unfortunately it has suffered a bit around the two lakes for years 💁‍♂️

The castle is currently being restored (Feb. 2022). Let's see what's going on here next year....
