On the lakeshore near the Kronmühler bay, a landscape-setting "gate" was erected. Due to the inclination of the natural stone wall toTorstein, the work is very exciting. The conspicuous tendency of the obliquely rising contra-angle gives the stone setting a very definite, symbolic impression, which has an effect on the landscape. The different surface formation of the two natural stone slabs made from Roggenstein granite underscores this exciting shape. It is of great importance that both parts are cut from an approximately 32 to 35 cm thick stone slab and their new assignment creates a strong spatiality.
