Ohlyturm

The Ohlyturm was built around 1900/1901 from Lautertaler granite. Named after the Darmstadt Lord Mayor Albrecht Ohly 1829-1891.
The tower is 27m high.

The Ohly Tower is a granite-built, 27 m high observation tower and is the landmark of the rocky mountain. The tower is registered as a cultural monument. It was bought in 2007 by a British investor and should be open to the public after renovation work.
