The Fuchseck is 760 m above sea level. NHN high viewing point southeast of Eschenbach and west of Gammelshausen with a panoramic viewing platform and information boards. From here you have a wonderful view of the Drei Kaiserberge. The "Dreikaiserberge" Hohenstaufen, Rechberg and Stuifen are witness mountains of the Swabian Alb and form a striking group of three between Schwäbisch Gmünd and Göppingen, which are visible from afar and shape the landscape.
Hiking enthusiasts can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view from the Rottelstein, the viewing rock on the Fuchseck, which is located on Heininger Markung and is still considered an insider tip. At an altitude of 758 meters, the view extends far over the Voralb area and the Filstal to Teck Castle. Every season offers a new view with a very special charm. Whether it's a short or long hike: many paths lead to the Rottelstein and to the nearby viewing area at Fuchseck. Whether from Heiningen via the picturesque Lotenberg, from Eschenbach or Schlat via the Fuchseckhof, from the Auendorfer Sattel or from the hiking car park on the Kornberg - there are many options. It is also an ideal hiking destination for motorhome enthusiasts who stop at the Heininger motorhome parking space.
