The Kaiser Wilhelm Tower, or Fuchsturm today, stands on a hill on the city forest. From the top you would have a nice view of the city.

This fox tower in Gera is quite nice, but the only true fox tower is in Jena. 😉 As a Jenenserin, I just have to say that.
