Hiking

For decades, the member communities of the Black Forest water supply were supplied from the Kälbertal. The drinking water was pumped up to the main elevated tank between Meistern and Hünerberg using hydropower from the Enz. From here the lower elevated tanks were supplied. The Kälbermühle pumping station was built in 1897.
