Running alongside the beach of Mount's Bay between Penzance and Marazion, this brilliant stretch of traffic-free cycleway makes for a great ride by the sea.
The route has really recently been upgraded, and offers smooth tarmac for the entirety, as well as an arts trail alongside it.
You'll ride with the sea on one side and the main railway line down to Penzance on the other. From Penzance to Marazion is a good distance too, with plenty of shops, cafes and pubs to refuel before the ride back again!

In Penzance, you have to be careful to find the bike path.
The route isn't well signposted here.
Once you find it, it's easy to cycle and offers a beautiful view of St. Michael's Mount and the bay.
As a cyclist, you also have to be careful of the many pedestrians here.
