Initially still weathered in the morning, then at 1000 we got on the bikes.
At first, it was still leisurely, mostly on bike paths or little-trafficked roads through beautiful scenery.

To not be completely lazy today, I went around the lake.
Mostly shady in the forest with some views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
At least the north shore was largely private property.
But there were a few spots where you had lake access.
The small lakeside promenade in Fuschl is quite nice

Appetizer: Fuschl-Erkundung
Um nicht den ganzen Weg vom Maifeld nach Kranjska Gora in einem zu fahren ging es heute bis Salzburg.
Dort angekommen ging es erstmal in den Biergarten und auf kurze Erkundungstour an den See.
Danach noch ein wenig Wellness und Pool.

Really a nice little tour through the Lochbach Klamm.
Coffee was then served at the foot of the Wallenstein castle ruins.

Nice X/C loop through the Knüllwald.
On the Eisenberg, it went up a trail.
Well rideable.
Since there were no other proper trails on the tour, I perhaps should have taken it downhill.
Despite the lack of trails, a nice tour through a beautiful low mountain landscape.

There isn't much to say: an absolute highlight tour.
The start in Kollig is due to the lack of bicycle transport options.
The cycle path to Hausen is of course not a highlight with a MTB, but at least there are a few altitude meters.
Nice, but to have been out on the MTB again.

Explore new paths?
Well, actually I've been on most of the paths before, even if I didn't really remember it when planning.
The short section along the Moselle river from Eller was quite nice, as it's away from the main road.
