A brewery was first mentioned here in 1417, the origins of which go back a few years: the Bräu am Hag or "Prew im Haggenviertel". In the 18th and 19th centuries, Hacker-Pschorr became the leading brewery in Munich.

Today, Hacker-Pschorr belongs to the Paulaner Brewery Group, a joint venture between the Schörghuber Group and Heineken.

Hiking
