Dramatically nestled below the rocky citadel of the Devil's Point, Corrour bothy is one of the most photographed shelters in the Scottish Highlands. It gives respite to weary hikers who take on the challenge of the Lairig Ghru, the great mountain pass that cleaves through the heart of the Cairngorms. Giving acess to four of Britain's five highest summits, it's a great place from which to launch an adventure.

This both is a good spot for stopping on the Lairig Ghru or the Braeriach traverse. Small so a tent is needed in case it’s full.

Amazing location. When I stayed there were 6 of us crammed in together. In a pinch an additional 2 could have gone under the bench (max)
