Until 1916 St. Veit was also one of the many simultaneous churches in the former area of the Duchy of Sulzbach, which served both denominations to celebrate the service. The oldest parts of the church date from the 14th century. The church was expanded and enlarged twice to the west. The baroque interior - altar and pulpit - dates from 1650. The three-part altar with the depictions of St. Nicodemus in conversation with Christ in the middle, the saints Vitus and Nicholas on the side is remarkable.
