Best Mountain Biking Routes to Geiskirche Cave

Tips

  • Impressive hall with a fragile pillar at the front. The cave path leads through the middle of the cave. Not dangerous for children.

  • A nice big cave with 2 huge entrances. Super located on the mountain.

  • The mighty, open to two sides rock hall of the Geiskirche with the massive rock pillar is located at the beginning of trail 3 to the Easter cave. The dimensions of this large-scale cave are considerable with 20 m length, 8 to 13 m width and a height of up to 3,50 m. It is no coincidence that this hall-like cave provided space for animals and festivals. Because of the ice formations, visiting the wide open cave is especially appealing in winter. The cave is located on Rundwanderweg 3 from Neukirchen to the Osterhöhle.
