After the beautiful alpine descent from the Rothorn, there is a climb of around 450 meters that is impassable, steep and extremely strenuous. But you haven't made it to the top yet; after a short descent, there is a second impassable, steep climb (around 80 meters) to the Furcletta. Once you're there, a loud hallelujah to the fantastic mountain world! What lies before you now is, in my opinion, the most beautiful, almost never-ending alpine descent that Switzerland has to offer 😍. But no pain, no gain!

@bikepro61 the variant via alveneu is definitely more rideable and technically easier. Then you mostly ride on forest paths until just before the Furcletta, which is perfectly rideable with sufficient muscle power (and an e-bike motor). The last 50-100m of steep single trail, but with the right technique I've seen good e-bikers ride all the way up to the Furcletta. However, even after the strenuous climb, the beautiful downhill section to Arosa is not easy. As well as enjoying it, you have to make sure you have enough strength and concentration. Definitely an adventure that is worth taking. The icing on the cake is the train via Hörnli and Urdenfürgli via the Urdenfürgli Twister, Motta Express, Pipe Trail and Bike Park down to Lenzerheide.
