The Landmannsklippe is probably one of the most alpine areas in the Harz Mountains and can only be reached via small, narrow paths and a bit of climbing art. For anyone who is reasonably fit, it is doable.

Would you like a little alpine climbing feeling? Then the Landmannklippe is just the thing. However, you should be sure-footed and have a little experience in using your hands to balance. Follow the red dots to the vantage point from which you can look out over the Landmann forest area - hence the cliff's name.

Sure-footedness is required here, but you should dare because the Landsmannklippe is absolutely cool.
