Cycling

A 3.5 m wide water-bound construction with a top layer of dolomite sand on the foundation of gravel combined foot / bike path connects Werne-Stockum with Bergkamen. Along the Lippe through the former coal storage area of the Waltrop colliery over the Lippe bridge, the route is interrupted by the Dattel-Hamm canal and must be bypassed via the Werner Strasse canal bridge. Continue through the nature reserve Beverbach and ends in a dense forest in Bergkamen.
