Hiking
Penitential processions to the Peace Cross take place regularly. Previously, these were separate processions for men and women.
Until 1985, the Peace Cross was illuminated and thus visible far into the Rhine Valley.
A path leads from here through the steep slopes below, where sure footing is essential!
Update 2/2026: The path has been abandoned and is NO LONGER part of the Dream Loop trail. Deadwood, brambles, and crumbling paths increase the risk!
