A pleasant and varied Sunday hike through the Süchteln hills with a bit of up and down (even the Lower Rhine has that!), beautiful forest paths, a few trails, and dogs are allowed off-leash. A lovely and leisurely Sunday walk in rather chilly temperatures. We started in Oedt near the Uda castle ruins and then continued on to Fritzbruch. Unfortunately, direct access to the water is no longer possible. At the end, we made a detour to the Dorenburg open-air museum in Grefrath; it's definitely worth a visit 😊.
