The castle complex, which consisted of a main and outer bailey with a moat and several ramparts, had a main castle about 30 m in diameter standing on a rocky hill. Above it, in the direction of the highest point on the hill, there was an approximately 11 m wide outer bailey. Nowadays, parts of the neck ditch and cross wall can still be seen at the Burgstall.
