Certainly the most beautiful waterfall in the northern Upper Palatinate - as far as I know there is no other. For this reason, the Muglbach is what the excess water comes from the drinking water sources in the city of Waldsassen, which are located in this water protection area. The actual source of the stream is in Czech territory near the border. On its further course, passing below the spa complex of Sibyllenbad, Hardeck and Querenbach, it approaches the stream again, flows along it and returns to Czech territory below Starý Hroznatov (Altkinsberg). A few hundred meters further, the Muglbach flows as Mohelnský Potok into the Wondreb (Odrava) - terminus North Sea via Eger (Ohře) and Elbe (Labe).
