The idyllically situated hunting villa, built in the 1860s, once served Emperor Franz Joseph as a starting point for his hunting expeditions through the Salzkammergut forests. The villa, which is under monument protection, is one of the most beautiful and secluded forest properties in Austria and has now been completely renovated from roof to basement.
