The bike path through the canal is a beautiful highlight in the Lusatian Lakeland. It connects the Großräschener with the Sedlitzer See. Unfortunately, the cycle path towards Lieske and Partwitzer See is currently closed due to construction. It is also not worth to bypass the barriers and follow the path. Shortly before Lieske the way has been completely filthy and demolished. This is where the future industrial estate for water sports and leisure activities is created.
