Finstere Rot Stream

Here you walk mainly in the shade of the trees (very pleasant in summer!) along the Finsteren Rot. There are some accesses to the water where you can cool off a bit.

If it has rained it could get muddy/slippery here, so sturdy shoes would be advisable.

... on the "Rottalweg" (Rems-Murr district, Baden-Württemberg
- along the "Dark Red"digression:
The Finstere Rot - with its upper reaches "Ortsbach" and the "Blinde Rot" is located in the Welzheimer Forest/Baden-Württemberg
- the "Finstere Rot" "fills" the "Hagerwaldsee", the "Schwarze Rot" the "Hüttenbühlsee"
- they finally "unite" near Alfdorf-Hüttenbühl to form the "Rot", which later leads into the "Lein".

Very nice hiking trail. Right next to the Sinister Red.
