The business park is located on the shore of Lake Sedlitz with direct water access and directly on the federal road B 156. Lake Sedlitz is located in the middle of the largest artificial lake landscape in Europe and, after the flooding (approx. 2022), is the largest lake in the area with 13.3 km² Lusatian Lakeland. This business location is only suitable for the establishment of manufacturing water affine craft of boat building, repair and shipyard services and for floating houses. Investments in services related to watercraft are also possible.
