Beach and ferry terminal Großkoschen

The finest sandy beach attracts sun worshipers every year to the shores of Lake Senftenberg in Großkoschen. The lake beach in Großkoschen is ideal for families with children with its gently sloping sandy beach. The length of the beach is approx. 600 meters. Parking is available directly on the Großkoschen beach, subject to a charge: Day ticket 5.00 euros (at the family park 8.00 euros). The Großkoschen sea beach has already been awarded the "Blue Flag" environmental seal several times.
The 1,300 hectare Senftenberger See is the "mother lake" of the Lusatian Lakeland and is located in the middle of the navigable network of this newly emerging region. In total, several beach sections with a total length of 7 kilometers are distributed along the lake.
