A beautiful little stone church, which stands on a small hill. It was renovated in 1990 and is a beautiful sight in the center of the village.

The village church of Grubo is a late Romanesque hall church made of field stone from the first half of the 13th century, with a retracted choir and almost equally wide, later raised apse. The choir and apse were built much earlier than the nave. [2] The eastern parts consist of meticulous masonry in stone blocks; Above the west gable is a roof tower with a massive west side, an octagonal tower and a curved hood, probably from 1756. In 1903 the church was completely renovated. A restoration took place in 1990/1991. In 2019 the paintings in the apse were restored; half of this work was financed by the Potsdam-Mittelmark district. [3] Two walled arched portals have been preserved on the south side. The west portal was probably broken in recently. [2] The high-seated small windows from the 13th century have been partially restored. The interior shows a round apse arch and a slightly pointed choir arch. The building was expanded uniformly in 1903 and designed in color; the ship is covered by a wooden barrel vault and equipped with west and south pores.

The light joint during the renovation from 1990 ff gives the church an imposing appearance.
