The stone house is one of the extraordinary buildings in the old town in Büdingen. The old town with its numerous half-timbered houses is absolutely worth seeing. The large frogs divans are noticeable on the house facades. These symbolize the landmark of Büdingen and are painted in the colors of the twin cities.

The Stone House is the oldest residential building in Büdingen. In contrast to the other half-timbered houses, this is built entirely of stone.

The Stone House. Owned by Prince Ysenburg zu Büdingen. Unfortunately, the building is rapidly deteriorating. Like so many princely buildings. It's actually a pity when you consider that such old walls make a beautiful old town.
