The stone house is one of the extraordinary buildings in the old town in Büdingen. The old town with its numerous half-timbered houses is absolutely worth seeing. The Stone House is the oldest residential building in Büdingen. In contrast to the other half-timbered houses, this is built entirely of stone.

The Stone House. Owned by Prince Ysenburg zu Büdingen. Unfortunately, the building is rapidly deteriorating. Like so many princely buildings. It's actually a pity when you consider that such old walls make a beautiful old town.
