Hiking
The "Köstenschmölz" youth and hiking home is located in the hamlet of Schmölz, about 4 km northwest of the municipality of Presseck in the Kulmbach district. The forest-enclosed Köstenbach valley on the road from Presseck to Wallenfels offers excellent hiking opportunities. The Frankenweg leads right past the house.
