On a meadow you can see a pot-bellied pig, ducks, guinea fowl, chickens, goats and horses.
This includes a very nice half-timbered house. Opposite and nearby are buildings of the Klein-Altendorf campus of the agricultural faculty of the University of Bonn. Nearby is a former transformer tower converted for birds and bats. There are benches for resting (apple route).

By the end of 2009, four research stations had already been concentrated on the Klein-Altendorf campus. In autumn 2009 the faculty set up a new research area "Renewable Raw Materials" on the Klein-Altendorf campus.
