Voted the best fish and chips in Kent, I think but whatever it was, it was the best fish and chips we'd had in a long long time, maybe ever. You can eat them on the steps which look out over the beach and bay.

Worth a wait :) and since there is a queue that means fish is fried fresh & non stop. Ate there few times now!
