Hiking
The Osterholz is a forest area in the west of Wuppertal between Vohwinkel and Haan - Gruiten.
Part of the area is hung with banners from tree occupiers, as the adjacent limestone works want to clear part of it to make room for their spoil.
There is parking and some hiking trails that traverse the area.

Hiking
The Bellenbusch in the Osterholz is a small, rather dark piece of forest. Coming from Vohwinkel, the grove amazes us with its “depth effect”.
