Da ich Zuhause aktuell eher im Weg herumstehe - bzw. - sitze und sowieso bei nix helfen kann, habe ich den Tag der Wintersonnenwende bei um die 12° und stahlender Sonne für einen "Spaziergang" mit den Krücken genutzt. 3 längere Pausen waren unterwegs nötig - zurück ging es mit dem Bus!

Nachdem ich seit gestern Mittag wieder zu Hause bin, nun der Gang zum Hausarzt mit Fäden ziehen und weiterer Krankschreibung! Anschließend noch den Kontostand kontrolliert und das reichte dann auch vorläufig als Belastung für das Bein! 👍 Ob ich dieses Jahr noch einmal draußen unterwegs bin, ist dann doch sehr Wetter - abhängig! Zum Arzt muss ich jedenfalls erst am 2. Januar wieder! 🤗
