The Amanahütte is on the premium hiking trail "Amanabruch-Tour". A great circular route, which also has refreshment stops.
There are benches and a table with a roof. Interesting information can be read on the information board about the “Au Bridge” located there.

The name derives from the location in the floodplain (Aue) of the Ohm. The bridge was built in 1736. This is revealed by a stone in the arch of the bridge. With the reddish red sandstone (stone of the year 2008) and the dark basalt (stone of the year 2009), two different local stones were used here, as is typical for many other buildings in this region.
