If one had to name one of the most beautiful places for the perfect sunset in Cologne, then the Rhine meadows next to the bridge in Mülheim would certainly be at the forefront. The view over the Rhine to the cathedral is terrific, the orientation to the sun ideal and the places in the meadow ideally distributed. Because of the fact that you are from the center of Cologne, you meet A) only a few residents or B) connoisseurs. A little insider tip!
